Any Good with Medical Advice?

Alright, so, yesterday I noticed small red spots appear on the edges of my feet and they itched like crazy. So I put some Benadryl on them and all was good for a while
Today, I wake up and find the spots are on my hands, my arms, my legs, and my torso, but they only itch on my feet for now
I'm getting freaked out
Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?
I'm going to see if I can make a doctor's appointment :c
